If you are dissatisfied in any way, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping). Just return the item within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, and in its original box and wrapping, including the packing slip and we will refund your money within 7 business days. Please send certified mail or delivery confirmation so you will have proof of return.
Blue Goose Candles will not accept any product or reimburse for a candle with a burnt wick or any other signs of being used.
Damaged During Shipment: Blue Goose candles will offer replacement on any item that was damaged during shipment, as long as we are provided with evidence of the damage product. Return the damage jar back to us and we will replace your broken jar and reimburse your shipping fee. |
